Platform is operational. Now building the status API.
Bare metal Kubernetes at Equinix LA3. ArgoCD GitOps is live and managing the full platform stack. Secrets management via SOPS. ArgoCD OIDC auth via Authentik. Next: building the public status API that powers this site's live infrastructure panel, and quietly moving preview to the main domain.

Consulting practice: engagement intake
Taking on new technical consulting engagements around infrastructure architecture, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure. Discovery calls are the first step. Free, already working from minute one.

Writing: publishing has started.
First posts are live. Telling the story of what we're building as we build it: field notes from the lab, architecture decisions, patterns from client work. Publishing on a slow, deliberate cadence toward a soft launch in early June.

Platform engineering: ongoing
The platform is a permanent engineering project, not a build-and-forget. Current focus: status API, observability pipeline, self-hosted LLM inference, and a full DR story. Every decision documented. Every incident a lesson.
